SUNRISE period:
LOITERY is a brand new (beta) service provider. We have a chicken-and-the-egg problem. Not many app users, not many participating merchants. When more people download and use the app, merchants will be more interested, and vice versa.
During this SUNRISE period, merchants will get our services for free. Customers will only receive simulated payouts. Our SUNRISE period will end and payments will begin on the stroke of midnight PDT on June 30, 2015.
